Orders & Shipping

1. How long does it take for me to receive my order?

When you live in The Netherlands your order will most likely arrive within 4 working days after confirmation of your order. 

 

Orders from other European countries might take a few days longer. 

2. How do I track the status of my order?

We send your package via Fietskoeriers and you will be able to track & trace your package by typing in your postal code and tracking number here.

3. Do you ship to my country?

We ship to any country within Europe. 

4. How much are the shipping costs?

Free – For shipments within the Netherlands on orders above €80  

Free- For European shipments on orders above €150

€3,95 – For shipments within The Netherlands on orders below €80

€6,95 – For shipments within Europe on orders below €150

5. Do you ship sustainably?

As we aim for a maximum reduction of waste in our entire company, our webshop orders will arrive in a reusable and returnable Re-Pack delivery bag.

Our deliveries are done by the company Fietskoeriers. They deliver packages by bike to 40 cities, in the Netherlands. Outside these 40 cities they will always pick the most sustainable option by road to get your package with you as soon as possible. 

 

European packages are handed over to Fietskoerier’s international partner Skynet. 

6. Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

Because we work with deadstock fabrics most of our garments are limited edition. Certain styles might be restocked in a new fabric though. So you can always let us know via customercare@charliemary.com if you would like to receive a notification once the style is restocked. 

Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your returns policy?

You can exchange or return your item within 14 days after receiving your order. Please re-use the Re-Pack packaging you received your order in.

We only accept returns that are clean, undamaged, unwashed and preferably packed in the original packaging. We do not exchange or refund damaged and/or used items.

Swedish Stockings can not be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons

2. I received the wrong item

We’re very sorry about this. Please contact Lisa via customercare@charliemary.com. You can return your order at our costs and we will make sure you will receive the item you did order as soon as possible.

4. How do I receive customer support?

6. Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?

Once your order has been submitted it will be processed and sent out.
