Shipping & Delivery
When you placed an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately. The delivery of your order will be handled by Fietskoeriers.nl. The track&trace number will be e-mailed to you. Most shipments within the Benelux arrive within 2 working days. Do you live in The Netherlands? On business days orders placed before 12.00 are shipped within the same day and will be delivered on the same evening between 18.00 - 22.00. Orders placed after 12.00 will be shipped the same day and delivered the next day between 18.00-22.00. Orders placed on friday after 12.00 untill sunday will be shipped and delivered on monday.

Privacy & Security
Personal information will be saved and handled with care. If you have placed an order, we will hand over your address to the distribution company (Fietskoeriers.nl), but only for the purpose of delivering the order at the desired address. Personal details will not be shared with any other third parties.
Returns & Replacements
You can return any item bought at charliemary.com, with the exception of underwear, swimwear, jewellery and beauty products, within 14 days after you have received your order.
The costs for returning the goods will be on your own account. Items must be in their original packaging with their price tags attached, and not have been worn or damaged in any way. For reasons of hygiene, swimwear, underwear and jewellery can’t be returned.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please notify us if you wish to return something by sending an e-mail with your reason of return and order number to email@example.com. When you received a confirmation e-mail from us the goods can be returned to the following address:

In case of returns, Charlie + Mary shall not reimburse your shipping costs.
Once we’ve received your package, we’ll refund the purchase price to you within 14 days.

Let us know where you want us to deliver your package. By default, we’ll send it to the billing address you registered. But maybe you prefer to receive it at your work, or have it send to a friend’s place. Just check the box for an alternative delivery address, fill in the information, and we’ll make it happen. Just remember if you send it to an alternative delivery address, that this must be a place that is open between 18.00-22.00. So if your working place is not open on those hours, it's not smart to fill that in.
At the payment step pick your preferred method of payment and confirm. Et voila your order will be on it's way!
